“Gerardo… heaven sent! Gerardo and his team came through with all the bells and whistles!! I had to cancel a booking I had with another limo company due to the owners rude behavior. With less than 24 hours till prom I was scrambling all over the place for a limo. I knew just by the professionalism that Gerardo provided over the phone this was going to be a good thing. He was patient, understanding and so very helpful! He went above and beyond. This experience was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. He never over promised but he certainly OVER delivered! We were pleasantly surprised, all 12 students were excited and so thankful. The H2 limo was a white beauty inside and out! Plenty of refreshments for the kids. The driver Andrew VERY professional and certainly knew his way around town. The students arrived in a timely manner to prom and returned the same from prom. He reviewed the rules and policies in a very professional manner and offered the same respect to the students as he did with the parents.
The next day, Gerardo extended a courtesy follow up call to ask how everything worked out! who does this anymore???? OMG knows the importance of customer service and they exceeded all of my expectations! I expect to call Gerardo back for prom 2015. I know what I am paying for and what I will receive will be worth every cent.
